Windows are often a problem to building managers. Whether you’re getting complaints about draughts
through the windows or you need to restrict window opening distance we can help.
Steel windows can be over-decorated impairing the window operation. Often these windows are replaced, but we can repair them and maintain them ensuring they operate as if new. On many applications we can also upgrade from single glazing to double-glazing.
Sliding sashes are often problematic with sash components failing causing the window to close by itself. This is a Health and Safety issue and we recommend it is addressed at an early stage. These components are easily replaced and older components can often be replaced with modern counterparts that are far more cost effective than the original.
