Basildon County Court’s main atrium had been neglected for many years. The Glazing Face were instructed by Coniston Construction to completely overhaul the glazing. Following the instruction we replaced all of the glass with solar control glass and replaced the existing insulated cladding panels with new powder coated insulated panels. We also replaced all gaskets, applied glazing tape and installed new pressure plates and powder coated feature caps along with new powder coated flashings. Upon completion of these works an independent water test was carried out to AAMA standards and the glazing was found to be leak free.
